Service You Can Rely On

Service is an important consideration when deciding where to buy your next home entertainment system. At Gerken's we service everything we sell. Our factory trained technicians can diagnose and repair most any problem. Service is one of the many reasons to buy at Gerken's!

We service most consumer electronics, such as TV's, VCR's, DVD players, etc. We'll diagnose the problem and give you an estimate for just $35, if you purchased the unit from us; or $50, if purchased elsewhere. We'll even deduct the estimate from your repair cost, if you choose to have us fix it. Camcorder estimate fee is $50.

Your Source For Parts

In addition to service, we stock Projection TV Lamps for Panasonic, Sony, Toshiba, Mitsubishi, and RCA, and can order (and install) other brands for you. We also have a wide variety of parts available for our customers who like to do repairs themselves.

Environmentally Responsible

At Gerken's we do all we can to adhere to environmental regulations. We're proud to say that last year, we kept more than 16,000 pounds out of the landfill, including:

• Cardboard - 4,380 pounds
• Paper - 1,380 pounds
• Electronic Equipment - 9,960 pounds
• Glass/Plastic/Aluminum - 600 pounds
• Plus an unmeasureable amount of metal & wire.

Due to federal regulations, all electronics must now be environmentally recycled. Due to the cost of recycling, Gerken's has implemented an "environmental recycle fee " based on product size. This charge is collected up front with the estimate fee and is applied to repair costs. If your product is not repairable, we will recycle the unit for you. If you choose to recycle the product yourself, we will gladly refund the recycle fee to you.
