We service what we sell . . . and then some!

Service is an important consideration when deciding where to buy your next home entertainment system. At Gerken's we service everything we sell. Our factory trained technicians can diagnose and repair most any problem.

We service TVs, VCRs and other products (even if bought elsewhere). We'll diagnose the problem and give you an estimate for just $29 ($50 for camcorders). And, if you have the service performed here, we'll even deduct the fee!

Due to federal regulations, all electronics must now be environmentally recycled. Due to the cost of recycling, Gerken's has implemented a "recycle charge" based on product size. This charge is collected up front with the estimate fee and is applied to repair costs. If your product is not repairable, we will recycle the unit for you. If you choose to recycle the product yourself, we will gladly refund the recycle fee to you. Gerken's does all it can to adhere to this regulation and appreciates our customer's cooperation!
